Now the Christmas is over, it's time to refund all the unwanted Christmas presents. It's better to have cash than another useless Christmas key ring in your pocket.

I don't know about you, I didn't usually have to worry about getting too many good presents for Christmas. But this year is an exception, I actually got quite a few great presents (if you don't count the one I got from KK at work. IT workers are not very imaginative).

One of the super-cool present I have got is this little guy:

The RoboSapien is developed by a former NASA robotic scientist and it was the best selling toy for Christmas since 2004 (what took them so long to get here?). There are multiple versions of RoboSapien and even other robo-animals. Some of them have their own personality and can play movie, music and even take photos. I have started saving up for the super, super cool RC Media model as I write this.

No smart caption for me, please.

I always thought that I was an gadget genius, until I tried to get this little baby to dance. I tried for hours and it still won't dance. Something is wrong but I just can't work out what it is. Looks like another sleepless night.

BTW, the photos look a bit......funny. Something is not right.

I've just did the Myers-Brigss Test.... and I am INTJ....

*** INTJs are very analytical individuals. They tend to be very practical and logical individuals with a strong individualistic streak and a low tolerance for political correctness, spin or emotionalism. I like this.... hehe... The INTJ mindset in regards to other people could be summed up as: "If you don't want to be called an idiot, don't do stupid things."

Wanna get a Wii for free?

In case you didn't get lucky in hacking the PS3 last time, there is another chance for you to get a console for free. This time they are giving away a Nintendo Wii and no, you don't have to hack it this time.

All you have to do to earn the Wii is to tell a story by just posting 10-20 photos (no other text is allowed) on you Vox blog (or any other less-funky blogging site). Submit the link to your blog to here, then sit back and relax and wait for the Wii to be delivered to you (well, naturally, your photo story has to be really, really good).

Now, brothers and sisters, take out your camera(s) and take some good photos and win a Wii.

I think I will need another camera bag for this job.

It has been 24 days, or 3 weeks and 3 days since May made her last post on the blog.

She says she is too busy. I say she is too lazy.

She says I don't do enough. I say I don't sleep enough.

She says she has nothing to say. I say she has too much she doesn't want to say.

She says my posts are awful. I say at least they are colourful.

You want a PS3....for free?

If you are one of those spoiled teenagers who have bought the legendary PS3 from eBay by paying three times of the retail price, using your dad's credit card, you may stop reading this blog NOW.

As you all know, PS3 is a super computer, disguised as an useless game-playing console. Just to get you convinced, they even develop games for you to play on it, all in the name of hiding the ridiculous amount of computing power packed inside its fancy case. With its superior cost/performance ratio, I predict that most users will use their PS3s as the backbone of their corporate server farms, naturally.

Are you still with me? Good. Now, how do you get a PS3 for free? A nice ~~geek~~ guy has installed Fedora Linux on his brand new PS3 and set it up as a web server (I mean what else would you use the PS3 as?). The PS3 is connected to the net and you can access it from here. The guy (I can't find his name on the web site) is willing to give the very PS3 that powers the website to you, ABSOLUTELY FREE. All you have to do is to hack it and replace a photo on the site with another one that he specifies. Sound easy, huh? What are you waiting for?

Good luck in getting the PS3 (unless I grab it before you do).

"You've got sinus!"

Thanks to an inconsiderate workmate, I am sick again on the weekend. This workmate sits right next to me and was getting sick on last Thursday. I told her not to come in on Friday as she would only spread the gems and wouldn't get too much work done anyway. However, being a strong believer of "presenteeism", she came back on Friday and successfully got me infected with whatever she had got.

Nice work! And you know who you are!

I began to suffer from sore throat on Saturday and running-nose was added to the symptom list on Sunday. After exhausting the emergency supply of Codral at home (my family eats them as if they were candy), I went to my local, friendly pharmacy and asked for my usual Codral Day-and-night.

Me: "Can I have some Codral Day-and-night, please."
Pharmacist: "Is it for yourself?"
Me: "Yeah."
Pharmacist: "What are your symptoms?"
Me: "Sore throat, running nose, sneeze about 5 times a second. Why?"
Pharmacist: "Body ache?"
Me: "Not yet. Why?"
Pharmacist: "I think you've got sinus."

At this point, I thought to myself: "Doesn't everyone have sinuses? What's wrong with having sinuses? Did you mean sinus infection, grandpa?"

I was tempted to say what was in my mind, but being an open-minded and peaceful (read: clueless and coward) man, I calmly asked him, "So what do you recommend?".

He calmly picked up a box of Codral Day-and-Night and gave it to me.

"Ten dollars, Thanks."

I am so tired

I have been getting up early everyday for almost 2 weeks now. I get to work at 8:30am every morning and stay until at least 7:00pm at night, with a 15 minutes lunch break in-between, if I am lucky. There is so much to do, it's not funny.

I hate being tired every morning. I hate to have dry eyes all the time and I hate not having the will power to get myself to bed early at night.

This is all going to change, starting from tonight. I have decided to go to bed at 10pm and have 8 hours of sleep every night. I will not stay up to read and post blogs.

It is now 10:30pm and I am still typing this. At least I am already in bed.

Well, the plan is good, just lacking a bit in the execution.
